This Year's Bash Schedule

Friday

7:30pm: Reception and registration begins a

The weekend starts off with a Friday evening reception for the attendees and the presenters at the Hotel.  Hors d’ oeuvres will be served (included in the ticket price) and a cash bar will be available while you meet and chat with the presenters. 

8:30pm: Movie screening

We are very excited to be holding the Texas Premier Screening of a new documentary film about aspects of the BDSM community entitled: BDSM: It’s Not What You Think.

Saturday

8:30am - 9:30am: registration

Events on Saturday at the Hotel start early with coffee and snacks served during morning registration.

9:30am - 5:00pm Presentations

There will be a total of sixteen, 75 minute presentations during the day Saturday.  Presentations will run in four different tracks, across four different times slots - two Presentation time slots before lunch and two after.  

8:30am - 6:00pm: Venders Area

We will also have a Venders’ area with ten of the area’s best venders selling their unique wares.  Breaks between presentations will offer ample time to visit the Venders’ area to shop.

12:30 to 2:00: Keynote Luncheon with Jay Wiseman   

Our keynote speaker will deliver the keynote address after lunch.  Lunch for all attendees is included in the event ticket price. 

5:00pm - 6:00pm: Silent Auction

After the final presentations in the afternoon, there will be one final chance to visit the Venders’ area for those final purchases of the day.

8:00pm: GWNN Play Party

The GWNN Bash Play Party will be held at our usual play location (The Secret Rural Location, or SRL).  7000 square feet of space with over a dozen play stations.  The SRL is rural, secluded, and very secure, and GWNN has been partying there for more than 10 years.

Sunday

11:00am: Bash Picnic at Eden's Cove

This BASH weekend will include a fun filled Sunday picnic.  Very late Sunday morning (or early afternoon) we will all meet out at our rural, secluded, clothing optional campground (Eden Cove), for another day of swimming in the pool; hot, outdoor S&M play; some Pony play events; and some delicious Texas BBQ and picnic food!

11:30am - 12:00pm: Pony Play 101 Workshop

Join CTK's Pony Mystique and Groom Jemfire along with the Houston Pony Players Herd for a fun workshop that explores what pony Play is (and is not!)  Information Packets will be made available to anyone interested in the Sport and Fetish of Pony Play!  Bring your questions!

12:00pm - Exhaustion: Pony Play Events

The Ponies have arranged some fun events that EVERYONE can participate in!  Whether you are curious about trying pony play as a Pony or Handler, or whether you just want to watch and observe and perhaps learn a lil more about this fabulous fetish, there will be LOTS of ponies on hand to help you out!

During the day, we will be hosting several other loosely organized events, including a Jump Competition, Cart Races, Dressage, and leisurely cart rides.  In order to help raise money for GWNN, the ponies are asking that anyone who receives a cart ride give a small donation to GWNN. 

We will have loaner tack, several carts for use, as well as other handouts and material pertaining to pony play.

2:00pm: LUNCH!

There will be delicious Texas BBQ and picnic food available for lunch.
