Pre-Registration by Mail

Click on the printable on-line registration form above, fill it out and send the completed form and check (or money order) for the full payment amount to the address below.  When the check clears you will receive an order confirmation by email or phone.  Remember to bring your four digit PIN number with you to the registration area. Registration is open to people 18 years of age or older ONLY.

Your registration package will be waiting for you at the registration area of the Hotel.  You can claim your registration package in the registration area on Friday night during the reception or any time Saturday.
